Then you check out the following directory: C:UsersUser_NameAppDataLocalGoogleChromeUser DataDefaultExtensions - open the sub-folder and view the app's logo-like icon files, then manually delete the  extension if still available. 6park.com
If the above tips do not work for you, try:
Back up all of your personal data such as your bookmarks, log out your Google account (if you're still using it), then install > run CCleaner - this allows U to clear local cache files effectively. Check if this makes any difference. Plz note: you may also check out your Chrome sync later.
Check for the programs list if you had any unknown/suspicious app installed. If so, remove it manually.
Head to chrome://extensions/ and disable installed add-ons one by one: run your Chrome when you disable one add-on, and check if you can find out the troublemaker. Report that item afterwards. Then, try removing the bad extension manually.
Reset your chrome sync - remember to back up your personal data like bookmarks first. Moreover, plz check out (smart) devices you used as the logged-in Google user and any other linked/connected Google service (ie, Google Drive). 
Uninstall current chrome fully - do not miss out on local chrome data/profile@

Reinstall the latest one later.
check Task Scheduler & Startup, then Perform a clean boot. Take a closer look@ the following 2 folders in C disk (where you had your Windows installed): Program Files (x86) & Program Files. Pay an attention to those unknown application folders.
Back up current Hosts file and reset it later.
Update your Chrome, re-run the built-in Chrome Cleanup Tool@ chrome://settings/cleanup, so you can check & clear any potentially remained bad items.
Double-check your effort: run Windows Defender Antivirus >> Malwarebytes Antimalware & adwcleaner.
Perform a thorough adware & malware check in Windows Safe Mode.
